SALON TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please be aware that prices are a guide only.
Extra product may be charged for longer or thicker hair.

From January 2020, we will be introducing deposits for all new clients and for appointments over 4hrs long or any colour corrections and major colour changes.

This deposit will be automatically required when making an online booking.
A payment request link will be sent as a text,  or alternatively can be made via eftpos payment over over the phone and is non-refundable.
Our confirmation text messages go out 2 days prior to your booking, as a reminder.

If bookings are not confirmed within 48hrs we may cancel your appointment to make availability for other clients.

New clients who give less than 24hrs notice when cancelling appointments will unfortunately lose their deposit. Late cancellations/no-shows are a loss of business for us. We appreciate your understanding in this.
